• Plans and manages project operations
  • Schedules and tasks
  • Financial estimates and financial follow-up
  • Analyzes project risks and plans pre-emptive actions
  • Main customer contact in project related issues
  • Project control and reporting
  • Organizes delivery of deliverables
• Manages project team
  • Acts as a superior to project members in project related matters
• Development of IA tools, processes and internal instructions
• Gives feedback on competence development needs
• Reports new sales ideas.
  • Assigns illustration requests to individual illustrators.Monitors work load of team members and balances it
  • Supports team with tool, process, workflow and work practices knowledge
  • Peer reviews new content (illustrations) as per request from illustrators
  • Informs MIA about illustration specific training needs
• Plans, edits, writes and develops customer documentation in accordance with the used Information Model.
• Facilitates review and approval of updated and new content
• Coordinates with language review experts when needed and when necessary, provides background information for translation purposes
• Reports update needs to masters, publications and modules to the assigned Information Designer
• Updates and inserts correct metadata for modules and graphics.
• Tests documentation
• Plans illustration in co-operation with Information Designer and Technical Illustrators
• Main responsibility is to create information about a product/process

Desired Skill and Education

• Fifteen years of discipline related or supervisor’s experience, , and minimum five years of experience in managerial position.
• Customer relationship Management, vendor approval, vendor management/ development.
• Prepare section budget and responsible to manage expenditure within budget. 
• Project planning and execution skill. 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to perform duties in a supervisory capacity by determining work assignments that fall within individual capabilities, providing daily work direction, approving time records and making recommendations for technical and career development of staff.

Qualification & Experience

BE/ME with 18 to 20 years in the above field
