- Generating enquiries of end user, EPC's, consultants, OEM's.
- Preparing Techno-Commercial offer.
- Attending Techno-commercial discussions till order finalization and Supports.
- Handling Tenders & E-procurement activities.
- Preparation of Pre-qualification & qualification documents, tender documents.
- Offer preparation, submission & follow up.
- Strategy formation and product promotion.
- Developing Dealers network all over India.
- Review of enquiry specification & tender documents.
- Identify potential business opportunities, interacting with customer for understanding their needs.
- Carry out market research & find out new customers & competitors
- Follow up of the offer given to customer
- Planning / control of customer submittals & getting Approvals of Drawings. & Engg. Documents.
- Post order activities viz. preparation of work order & submitting the same to production Dept.
- Coordination with Procurement, Production Dept.
- Making business plans, market potential and competitor activity information
- Making capability presentations of the services rendered to national and international clients.
- Presentation of monthly sales statements to the company.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS Report of all sales activities.
- Promotional activities related to domestic & international market like participation in National & International Exhibitions, Advertisement in various industrial magazines & newspapers
