- Responsible for complete 2D dimensional drawing, part drawing for new product development develop new project according with quality, time & cost parameter.
- Responsible for Design & development for Gear, Shaft, Hub, Flange, Connecting Rod, Crank Shaft etc.
- Responsible for 3D solid modeling & drafting new product along with Assembly drawing.
- Responsible for sketching, solid modeling and also knowledge about sheet metal, surface design, draftig.
- Prepare a machining drawing according to customer requirement and assembly.
- Preparing a BOM (Bill Of Material) for the products.
- Good knowledge of GD & T.
- Receiving Engineering Change Order(ECO) from customer end update it and implement it in design & manufacturing process.
- Overall process design & cost estimation for each process for new product & process.
- Responsible for Feasibility study & Costing (RFQ) along with weight calculation, machining cycle time and finalizing cost for product.
- Having successful accomplishment cost saving project it is called as Lean Project by modifying forging design & reducing raw material rate.
- Responsible to prepare all documentation required for client. Managing & updating all the data
- Responsible to prepare Power Point Presentation for management & client.
