Job Description for Secretary:

1.Scheduling and fixing appointments for the Directors
2.Ticket booking and Visa processing of the Directors and the Managerial staff
3.Hotel reservations and travel arrangements for the Directors and the Managerial staff
4.Taking dictations and drafting mails / letters
5.Attending calls for the Directors
6.Screening and reverting mails 
7.Effectively maintain and update records and administration
8.Liaising with staff and with external contacts
9.Providing assistance to Trust to Chairman and Trustees with the Foundation Trust related work
10.Maintaining confidentiality of documents and information received.
11.Maintaining a filing system and keeping necessary documents readily accessible when required
12.Arranging conference room for meetings
13.Ability to handle the Directors' personal accounts and documents
14.Any other Secretarial responsibilities entrusted by the Directors.
